Mount Pleasant Church and Ministries’ Safety and Security Ministry seeks to build Christian Character through the practice of Godliness. Thereby, effectively equipping and empowering Ministry Members to live in the authority of Christ. And, therefore, fulfill that command of our Lord to reach the family, community, nation, and world for Christ.

Purpose of Our Ministry
Church security is a crucial aspect of any place of worship, as it ensures the safety and well-being of the congregation and the ministry staff. It is important to provide a peaceful and secure environment for people to gather and practice their faith. A key area to consider in church security is our parking lot, since this is often the first point of contact for our visitors. It is critical for our church leaders to create a welcoming and secure atmosphere.
- Strengthen and maintain a culture of safety within our church, the Christian school, and the church campus
- Collaborate with appropriate ministries that strengthen and expand the existing safety program.
- Provide monthly reviews and training sessions for ministry members
Our aim is to enhance the safety of the campus and the community by fostering a sense of shared responsibility with our congregation. We need to increase recruitment efforts to enable adequate campus coverage during scheduled events and services. Both male and females are encouraged to join the ministry.
