The Mount Pleasant Global Outreach (MPGO)
The Vision:Our vision is to reach the world for Jesus Christ so that He would be glorified in every tribe, every tongue, and every culture.
The Mission:
Our mission is to equip, mobilize, and support the Mount Pleasant Church body and its partners to make the gospel available to unreached people groups and to strengthen the body of Christ to do the work of the ministry. Our mindset is heaven, our focus is global, and our efforts are local and international. We are charged to manifest the promises and the blessings of the kingdom of God as we take the world for Jesus Christ. In so doing, we will fulfill our role in God’s end time plan given in Matthew 28:19-20; to preach the gospel and make disciples of every people group.
How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!” – Romans 10:14-15
